Today, when you feel tempted to grab your phone, even though you know there’s no new messages or missed calls, pause. And be present.

Let your intention for presence guide you towards what to do instead. Maybe breathe, smile, expand your space. Or get grounded. What if you offered a healing to Earth and all her beings.

Notice how much you avoid the present moment by using technology as a device to distract you. Then come back to being present.
