Pressure

By expanding the energetic space around you, you alleviate the pressure that pushes in. You create distance between yourself and what is happening outside of you.

Take a few moments today to acknowledge when you feel the external world impacting you. Then pause and expand your space – you can do this simply by imagining your energy bubble growing.
